Minimum Order Policy (MOQ)

Please take your times to thoroughly read our standard MINIMUM ORDER (MOQ) policy.  However, if there is any unclear point, please do not hesitate to contact or write us at customerservice@sherichseashells.com or mrsshellsandsilver@gmail.com.  We are highly pleased to clarify every query for you.

For 925 sterling silver jewelry, we accept the minimum US$500.00 per order at a time with your choice of assorted designs.  We allow various sizes of ring order per model.

Generally, we have product inventory for about 30 to 100 pieces per item.  We always refresh our stock items for most of our jewelry designs available for your immediate purchase.  We normally dispatch available in stock items to you within 2-3 business days.  For "READY TO PURCHASE ITEMS", we collect 100% full payment upfront of the total order price plus shipping fee on every order before shipment.   

To place an order for READY TO PURCHASE ITEMS, please download and fill out the ORDER FORM, write down product ID and let us know the order quantity of each item with your full shipping address.  Send and email us with complete order form at customerservice@sherichseashells.com or mrsshellsandsilver@gmail.com.   We will confirm your order and get back to you for available items or ready to purchase items in our stock within 1 or 2 business days.  See more details in Custom Made Service and Our Production.

Shipping policy

We welcome international orders and ship worldwide. We normally ship your order 1-2 business days after we receive your order payment including shipping fee. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping including insurance. We use DHL for shipping to most countries. Please contact us for shipping information before placing and order with us. Shipping rates and regulations vary depending on each country. We are committed to getting your order priority and ship as soon as possible using the method that suits you best. 

Order confirmation of ready to purchase items must be verified by customers within 3 business days for the final accuracy of order items, total price and quantity.  Upon your order is confirmed, customer must process full order payment to us immediately.  As soon as we receive your payment in our bank account, we will dispatch and ship all items to you within 48 hours.

We reserve the right at our discretion to automatically cancel, hold, and restrict any overdue order confirmation if customer is unable to validate your order confirmation within 3 business days and/or we did not receive your full payment once you confirm the order with us.  We will then deliver your order items to the next customer respectively.  Please understand that our order system is designed to get all orders delivered to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

We will invoice and/or send Pay Pal payment request to collect full payment of total order before we will dispatch your order items.  Please also note that there will be a 5% additional charges of your total order if you choose to complete your purchase through PayPal.  See more information in How To Pay

Customers are responsible for any customs tax and duties for clearance.  The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any.  Our company has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they might be.  Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed prior to shipments.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice should exchange rate, or the market price of silver and/or other raw materials changed significantly.
