Shipping Policy

All prices and transactions are quoted in US Dollars net; based on the terms F.O.B. only.  Customers are responsible for shipping fee, insurance, handling charges and taxes, if any, from our domestic port to worldwide destination.  We accept the minimum US$500.00 per order at a time with your choice of assorted designs.  We allow various sizes of ring order per model.

Shipping services are available in 3 options as below:

1. We use DHL for shipping to most countries. Please contact us for shipping information before placing and order with us. Shipping rates and regulations vary depending on each country. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping including insurance.  We are committed to getting your order priority and ship as soon as possible using the method that suits you best. 

2.  International Registered Mail Service

International Registered Mail Service is our standard shipping service offered to every customer which carry out by the international Postal Service.   We normally ship order items within 1 or 2 business days after payment received.    

We provide and email detail of shipping notification including tracking number for customer’s online tracking purpose.

The delivery time will generally take about 7 - 20 business days for destinations in United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

3.  International Express Mail Service (EMS)

Customers who prefer to receive your order items quickly.  International Express Mail Service is an optional available upon your request.  However, there will be an additional charges for using International Express Mail Service (EMS) based on the total weight of your order package.  Please check ahead how much the postal charges would be if you prefer to receive your order items quickly. 

We provide and email detail of shipping notification including tracking number for customer’s online tracking purpose.  The delivery time of International Express Mail Service will generally take around 3 - 10 business days for destinations in United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

For security reasons, She Rich Seashells ships to name, company name, street addresses only and we will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or similar addresses.

Customs Duty & Claims

Customers are responsible for any customs tax and duties for clearance.  The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any.  Our company has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they might be.  Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed prior to shipments.

Unsuccessful Delivery

We could not assume responsibility of any packages held by customs at your destination country.  If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers shall liable for the shipping costs in resending order items back. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without notice or explanation.

Replacements

Please inform us as soon as possible OR within 7 days; if we send you the wrong items, or your order items are damaged due to the shipment or production defect, we will be responsible for product replacement within 15-30 days. 

Customers shall liable for shipping fee in returning order items back to She Rich Seashells.
